Discipleship,  being an apprentice of Jesus, is not an optional extra for Christians. In fact, that is the very meaning of the word “Christian.” The work of being a disciple is not reserved for the priest, monk or the “super-Christian”

Our task as a Christian community is to assist all the baptized in the fulfilling of this call to discipleship. Towards that end we encourage all members of our community to continue their Christian formation and education through the small group opportunities we offer.
