Welcome to Trinity Parish!
May 13 is Mother’s Day, but it’s never that clear in our tradition --
it’s also the Sixth Sunday of Easter, also known as Rogation Sunday. Here at Trinity we call it “Dirt Sunday!” On this day we thank God for this good Earth by blessing a barrow of soil. After worship you’re invited to take a bag of that soil and bless the land by scattering on your farm or your garden or your flower bed or even on your house plants!
